The hotel is in a good location, they have friendly staff and good customer service. The breakfast included with the room was decent as was the price for the room. What I disliked was the fact the rooms do no offer any soundproofing whatsoever. My first night in room 105 was terrible as you could hear every single car, pedestrian and bird outside. The second night we were moved to a room on the back side of the hotel which was a big improvement but still able to hear all the going ons in and around the room. Also, the beds themselves were rather uncomfortable.

This hotel is small but very cozy. It is modern, the rooms are not large but they are clean and has everything you need in a room. I really like the location, it is very private and quiet but still on walking distance of all the best restaurants and Parque Lleras where all the actions is. What I liked the most of this hotel is the friendly service of the staff. They really let you feel at home and they won't hesitate to help you with any question you have. I will certainly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The rooms are modernized. Very clean. The service desk people are very happy and ready to assist you. The beds are pretty good as well. A lot better than other places I've been to. Free breakfast is great as well. Homemade.

Great location, the hotel staff is extremely helpful and kind and will do everything to help you. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is good. If I ever travel back to Medellin, I would stay here again.

This place was amazing. You can go to provenza where all restaurants and bars are just walking. Really safe and beautiful
